Offers behavioral health or substance use crisis care with 23-hour observation as an intensive short-term intervention designed for individuals experiencing acute and emergent crisis. Mental Health Stabilization, Mobile Response Team, Crisis Intervention - Provides rapid assessment, peer support, medical services, and discharge planning - Most guests will be discharged, or referred to the appropriate level of care, within 23 hours - Mobile response team provides on-site intervention for emergent/imminent mental and behavioral health situations - Welcomes walk-ins, police drop offs, ED transfers, provider referrals, and transports from individuals who have engaged with the Mobile Response for Teams (MRT) - Offers Mindoula with 24/7 virtual and in-person care providers to offer continuous support and care to people facing various complex challenges related to their mental health, physical health, and social well-being upon referral from being discharged from participating hospitals in Prince George's County
