Eligibility
Individuals 20 to 65 years old who are within six months of pre- or post-release from prison. Cannot have a sexual offense conviction.
Required documents
Must have at least one of the following: release paperwork from prison, court order, letter of representation from attorney, documentation from the office of the public defender, or approval from assigned probation/parole officer.

Referral required from attorney, case manager, social worker, or assigned probation/parole officer. Call during office hours for more information.
