Imminent risk of homelessness
Enrolled in HUD-VASH or SSVF RRH
Transitioning from incarceration
Low-income families who are losing their housing

Mental Health Services More information: - Provides personalized assessment and career planning, resume writing help, and interview preparation - Offers employment counseling - May provide funds for job training and certifications - Offers job placement and follow up services - Offers referrals to supportive services including: housing, health, legal, and transportation
